Women in Mining NL is a community dedicated to supporting, connecting, and empowering women and non-binary people across Newfoundland & Labrador’s mining industry. We bring people together from all roles and career stages to build networks, share experiences, and access mentorship, sponsorship, and development opportunities. By collaborating with partners across the province, we aim to help with mid-career support, operational engagement, and retention. Our goal is simple: create a safe, inclusive space where we can Educate, Elevate and Empower each other.
