The two ways you can place a listing are by using your seller dashboard and using the create listing form on the homepage. With a seller dashboard, you can create an item and go straight to publishing it without needing to fill out information from scratch every time.
Once in the dashboard, navigate over to Your Items or Your Seller Profile tabs for more options.
